Hi, my name is Marcia Dixon and I am editor of Keep the Faith magazine. It is published by a non-profit company that aims to produce various forms of media that reflect the faith, views and achievements of people within Britain’s black Christian community.

KTF has almost completed its first ever documentary, which will be launched by the second quarter of 2025 and we are now looking to record the first ever Keep the Faith podcast .

The working title for the podcast is ‘Servant Leadership’ and will feature interviews with senior church leaders from within the Black Christian community, and delve into their leadership experiences. This podcast will serve as a platform for Christian leaders to share their faith, their wisdom, the lessons they’ve learned on their leadership journey and how they’ve overcome the challenges that are unique to those in church leadership.

The Servant Leadership podcast aims to inspire and empower the up and coming generation of leaders, serve as a reference point for experienced leaders, as well as alert lay members to the unique nature of church leadership, and give them a window into 21st century Black church leadership.

Throughout my career, my desire has been to write, publish and promote stories that reflect the experiences and faith of Black Christians.

I am excited about this new KTF podcast initiative, and money raised will enable KTF to bring more stories of black Christians - this time church leader - into the public square.
