Hace 15 años llegué a Valencia con mi perro Bob y encontré mi hogar en una zona humilde del Cabanyal. En aquel entonces, la casa era una ruina total; no tenía suministros básicos y el estado era desolador.

Ladrillo a ladrillo, levanté este lugar con mis propias manos durante años, contando siempre con el apoyo de mis vecinos. Gracias a ellos, hoy este sitio es conocido como Lyly_Arte, un punto de color y creatividad en las rutas de arte urbano de la ciudad.

El reto actual:

La propiedad está en venta por 85.000 €. Como artista autónoma, necesito aportar el 20% de entrada (20.000 €) para que el banco me conceda el préstamo. Si no llegamos a esa cifra, el inmueble se convertirá en un alquiler vacacional y el trabajo de toda una vida se perderá.

Mi visión: "El Espacio"

Mi sueño es dedicar la planta baja a la comunidad: un lugar de talleres de pintura y encuentros creativos para los jóvenes y vecinos del barrio.

Step by step, I rebuilt this place with my own hands. My neighbors were my biggest fans and helpers. Today, Lyly_Arte is a vibrant part of the local street art scene.

The Situation:

I have the chance to buy the building for €85,000. To get a bank loan, I need to raise the 20% deposit (€20,000). If I can't find the funds, the building will be turned into a commercial rental, and 15 years of artistic history will be gone.

The Goal:

I want to transform the ground floor into a creative hub for workshops and art activities for the local community.

Die Lage:

Ich kann das Objekt für 85.000 € kaufen. Dafür brauche ich jedoch die 20 % Anzahlung (20.000 €) für die Bank. Schaffe ich das nicht, wird das Haus ein kommerzielles Mietobjekt und 15 Jahre Arbeit sind verloren.

Mein Plan:

Das Erdgeschoss soll ein offener Ort für Kunstworkshops und kreative Treffen für die Nachbarschaft werden.
