Hello and thank you for learning more about The Bunny Hive's fundraising campaign, "Help Us Keep The Bunny Hive Hoppin'". We are asking for your help to sustain our newly established small business through the economic hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Like many small, start-up businesses, we operate on very small margins each month, but we are proud to share that we had reached our first month of profitability in February 2020 — just five months in to business — a milestone many start-ups do not hit within the first year. When we reached this goal, we knew we were still a long way from paying ourselves as the co-founders, but we were excited to be able to pay our staff well and we were confident about the trajectory of the business. However, the pandemic caused our revenue to drop by over 70% essentially overnight.
We have worked around the clock to convert many of our offerings to virtual classes since this crisis began, and have established countless partnerships with other local businesses and experts to bring unique virtual content and events to our members and families around the country. The response from the community has been wonderful.
Despite our virtual efforts, and despite the assistance we expect to receive from the SBA via available loans and grants, we are still in need of fundraising to cover our expenses through this challenging time. Our goal is to raise $10,000 from generous donations which will help us pay rent, payroll, and our additional monthly operating expenses. This money would help us sustain our business through approximately two months of closure.

What Is The Bunny Hive?
The Bunny Hive is a special community organization in Atlanta, GA that offers classes for children age 0 to 3 years — including sensory, infant massage, music, motor development, tummy time, toddler food exploration, and story time. Additionally, The Bunny Hive creates unique social and educational opportunities for parents such as our book club, workshops, social functions, and more.
We opened The Bunny Hive in late September 2019 because we believe parents need a place to engage their little ones and meet other parents that is designed for both babies and adults. The community of parents and babies The community that Bunny Hive has created in this short amount of time is truly remarkable.
