Hello, my name is Bianca, and I’m creating this fundraiser to support the next chapter for AMS School of Dance.

I am a current student who has grown up with Miss Anna as my teacher. I’ve had the privilege of watching her build her business from the ground up and turn AMS into the warm, welcoming community it is today.

This year has been incredibly challenging for the studio, Miss Anna, and her family. Our dance home—the space we all helped renovate, clean, and truly make our own—was unexpectedly taken from us and has now been demolished. Miss Anna was given very little time to remove her belongings, and in the process, she lost many essential resources needed to run a dance school. This included the flooring, mirrors, barres, and equipment that she had invested so much into over the years.

Not only has this been an emotional loss, but also a significant financial one. We

have had to hire temporary, unstable spaces for classes, adding even more pressure on Miss Anna during an already overwhelming time.

For so many of us, AMS is more than just a dance school—it’s a second home, a safe space, and a family.

Raising these funds means giving our community the chance to rebuild, to find a new studio space, and to ensure that AMS can continue to be a place where dancers grow, learn, and feel supported.

We truly can’t imagine losing this special environment or walking into next year without a studio.
