Hi my name is Luke Findlay and I run Supa Ya Ramen
We had big plans for 2020 - to feed the best bowls of traditionally inauthentic ramen to the masses, and we succeeded! Well...kind of. Hundreds of you supported us and we upgraded our home-kitchen supper club into a Hackney Road residency, and with impeccable timing we were able to finally open the doors to our first semi-permanent spot!......two days before the first lockdown.
Soon enough, the restrictions of the space and the world meant that we had to pack up and search for greater pastures. It's been a bumpy road but we're thrilled to announce that we're coming back: bigger, better and with even fudgier eggs. This year, we'll be setting up shop (for real real this time) in East London's finest, Kingsland Road. Your support so far has been incredible, from bubble bookings to meal kits, but we want to stick around for your ramen needs 24/7(ish) in our very own Supa Ya Ramen Restaurant!
The money will be used to buy stock pots for soup, noodle making machine and boiler, induction pans, tables, chairs, fridges, oven, bowls, chopsticks, kitchen sink, the lot! All of the things that will go into giving you the best bowl of ramen possible.
To say thank you for the donations here is what you'll be rewarded with:
£15 - 1 bowl of your choice
£25 - Exclusive tshirt designed by JESS EBSWORTH
£50 - 4 bowls of your choice
£100 - Design your own tile in our bathroom + food for 4
£250 - Learn how to make a bowl with recipes to take home (for 2 people)
£500 - Design your bowl and have it on the menu for a week, with an amount given to a charity of your choosing
We want to serve up some insane bowls but we can't do that without you.....
