On July 10th a local Italian Restaurant, Savarino’s, experienced an emergency. One of the owners got his arm stuck in a dough roller. He escaped serious injury, but the machine did not fare as well. The fire department had to break some components of the machine to free his arm. There is a danger that comes with making food from scratch due to the machinery involved. Let us support this local small business by helping them purchase a new dough roller for their shop so that they can continue making the amazing, authentic, Italian food that they are known for!
