My name is Ricardo Earle, and I’m a first-year Business Management (Accounting) student working hard to build a better future — for myself and for my family.

I come from humble beginnings. My family has always shown up for me with love, but financially, the weight of university tuition is more than we can bear together. Watching my dream feel just out of reach because of money is one of the hardest things I’ve had to face.

But I refuse to give up.
