Keep Revenge Pies Alive

This Thanksgiving Revenge Pies was hit a hard blow.
We spent the past year developing our 6 pie line with a co-packer bakery with the goal of launching on Good Eggs and being able to ramp up production to bring our pies to not only your homes, but grocery stores and cafes in the Bay Area.
On Nov 21st, we celebrated the launch of our Good Eggs onsale just in time for the Thanksgiving week and everything looked great for our future, despite all odds while navigating COVID.
But just one day before we were to begin production on our Thanksgiving orders, our co-packer hit us with an out of the blue, game ending price increase and we were forced to seize production.
We quickly went into emergency mode to honor our customers and managed to make our Thanksgiving orders happen, but not without some substantial fall out. The cost of an emergency kitchen, having to purchase retail ingredients and issue refunds are just a few of the unexpected expenses we incurred to right the wrong done to us.
The investment in all that was required of us to move up into a co-packer production has been lost. As has any revenue we would have made from Thanksgiving.
The pandemic shut down our biggest day of the year, March 14th and we lost 100% of our orders.
Then, our kitchen burned down a few months later leaving us without any options to slug through the lockdown.
And now, we have experienced a loss from Thanksgiving with no clear future with our Good Eggs offering.
We never wanted to ask for help, as we understand how much everyone is hurting financially right now. But if there is ever a time to launch a GoFundMe for Revenge Pies, it's now.
We are going to file in small claims court to try and recover our losses and investment, but in the meanwhile, we need your help to keep Revenge Pies alive.
We'd really appreciate any help to get us through the winter that will surely limit our existing wholesale orders as the rain hits outdoor dining.
