Hi, my name is Quanisha, and I’m a single mom to two incredible children, one of whom has special needs due to autism. Every day, I give everything I have to make sure my kids are loved, supported, and safe. They are my entire world.

Right now, I’m in a really difficult place and need to ask for help, which is something that’s incredibly hard for me to do.

My car recently broke down and needs several major repairs, including replacing the AC compressor and fixing other engine issues that are causing the check engine light to stay on. Without these repairs, my car won’t pass inspection in September, and I won’t be able to legally drive.

The total cost of the repairs is $2,000, and I simply can’t afford that right now. Without a car, I can’t get my son to his school — which is especially important because of his special needs — and I won’t be able to start my new job, which I was so excited and proud to have been offered. This job would mean so much for our stability and future, but I’m at risk of losing it before I even begin because I have no way to get there.

I’ve explored every possible option and resource, and now, with a heavy heart, I’m turning to my community. If you can help — whether through a donation or by sharing this page — it would truly mean the world to me and my family.
