For over 15 years, Dancing Princess Parties has brought fairy tale magic to life for families across Parker, Castle Rock, and the southern Denver Metro area. Through birthday parties, ballet classes, and princess summer camps, our performers have inspired imagination, joy, and unforgettable memories for thousands of children.

For the past eight years, we proudly partnered with a local recreation center to offer our classes and camps. However, due to an unexpected relocation by the facility, we had to end our contract this past December. Since then, we’ve been navigating a season of transition — working hard to find new venues, rebuild our programs, and continue spreading magic in our community.

As we begin this new chapter, we’re reaching out for support. Like many small businesses, we’ve faced setbacks that have impacted our working capital — especially as we’ve had to pause events while securing new locations. Your support will help us meet some immediate and essential needs:

Costumes & Wigs

Our high-quality, custom-made costumes are a signature part of our magic. Characters like the Ice Queen are in high demand, but we currently only have one costume — and it’s not ideal for all body types. We’re in need of a second Ice Queen costume and wig, as well as upgrades to other beloved characters like Cinderella. These pieces are handmade by private costumers and can cost up to $2,000 each.

Cast Training & Expansion

We recently said goodbye to a beloved cast member who was accepted into the Disney College Program, leaving just two performers. We’re ready to expand our cast, but new performers require training, costume fittings, and onboarding — all of which take time and resources.

We’ve set an initial goal of $5,000 to cover these immediate needs. If we exceed our goal, additional donations will go into our “Magic Wishing Well” Fund — allowing us to provide free princess visits for families in need, bringing joy to even more children in our community.
