My mother has been placed in Assisted Living due to failing health. I want to keep her cat, Pinky, and my apartment complex charges $300 for the pet fee. I have no extra money outside of my apartment bills to pay the pet fee. I would greatly and wholeheartedly appreciate any assistance so I can keep my mother's cat.
