Help support pilots deliver Hurricane Helene aid!
Donation protected

- My name is Jonathan Rigsbee. As someone who has spent his life going to the N.C. mountains, I, like many, am heartbroken with the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. There are amazing groups helping, but to help the most people, they are set up in major population zones. There are remote areas in N.C. that have become cut off by road and now are in desperate need. These amazing pilots have donated their time and money to fly supplies to remote airports, many on the side of a mountain, to help people. They are not allowed to ask for help due to FAA rules. If they accept direct funds for these trips, then they are considered a charter flight. That’s where we come in. We are raising money to help keep these planes in the air. This is a huge need as you can see in the headline. They have made hundreds of flights, costing anywhere from $200-$500 per flight in fuel alone. Please consider helping us keep these planes flying by taking some stress off the pilots so they can focus on their mission. Every little bit will help. Thank you for considering this important cause. For full disclosure, in an effort to stay within FAA rules, we cannot do this for any individual pilot. We will use the money to make bulk fuel purchases, buy supplies, help with maintenance of the aircraft. We will post proof of how the money is directly helping the people in the areas affected. Please contact me directly with questions.
