FUNDRAISER ALERT!!! As many of you know (and some don't), the DEP has told us we can no longer use our 150-year-old hand-dug well to provide water for the store and must have a machine-dug well put in. This has NOTHING to do with the quality of our water. The state mandates establishments serving water to the public (which, in fact, our water was never served to the public, only used for washing dishes, but we ourselves drink it) must be machine-dug. Please come and support a business that has been around for many years and would love to stay in the community for many more to come!! We appreciate anything and will get through this as a community.
