On December 23, my father was taken into custody by ICE as he was doing his 6 month regular check in, and our family is facing an incredibly difficult and uncertain time.

Our father is a hardworking, loving father who has always done his best to support our family. He shows up to work everyday, sick or not. He builds police cars for a living. On his spare time, he’s either at home with his family or out on his boat fishing.

Aside from being a loving father, he is a grandpa to 4 and a devoted husband. He is a brother to 3 other siblings that also have built their whole life here in America. He is also a son. During this time my grandpa, his father, has passed away and my dad will not be able to be with his family.

This country has been his home for the past 50+ years.

This has been overwhelming emotionally and financially, especially as everything happened so suddenly.

We are raising funds to help cover legal fees and related expenses so that my father can receive proper legal representation and we can navigate this process the right way. Having an experienced attorney is critical, but the costs are more than our family can manage alone.
