Keep Our Family Safe in Arkansas

My family & I recently moved 2000 miles to Arkansas, we were scammed by property management companies & we fell out of budget, then we had some major bug & rodent issues which became quite expensive. Plus management co. Is asking for a lot more pet deposits than originally, plus utilities are about to be due. We would like to be able to keep a roof over our heads & be able to get our licenses switched over to Arkansas so we could seek assistance in areas such as healthcare, getting car insurance & other resources. (Independent side gig has been slow going. Part time position w/UPS doesn't start for a month.) Can't file for disability till a doctor/healthcare can be acquired w/transfer to Arkansas licenses etc.
