Our landlord is selling, so we have to move, but rents are higher than the fixed amount I'm in now. So, we decided it'd be best to downgrade in size and purchase.

I was supposed to qualify for a specific program where I didn't have to pay any money for closing or down payments. I guess since the work didn't get done and the closing was pushed out in date, I now have to pay over $2,000 in costs on top of the $1,200 I've already paid for inspection and adjuster becauseof our rate lock date. I've tried leaving this whole process in God's hands, but its difficult today.I need no less than $2,600 by Wednesday, so here I am reaching out and asking for help.
