Keep my wife in this country

Donation protected
My wife was born in Malaysia and came to this country (legally) on a student VISA, she attend school while living with her guardians here in the USA, when her grandmother passed away, she went back to Malaysia for the funeral, upon returning to the US, she was detained at customs and it was explained how you cant leave and return to the country on a "Student VISA" you need a "Visiting VISA" to re-enter the United States.

A Temporary Visiting Visa was then issue for her to rectify the issue. We got married on 12/31/04 just a few months before her temporary visa was to expire. The following year on 12/14/05 we had our first daughter, and on 02/25/08 we had our second daughter, prior to that in 07 we had a miscarriage after 5 months of a turmoils pregnancy, after delivering a still born child, she suffered from severe depression and anxiety.

I was working 2 jobs to take care of the household and doing my due diligence to make it "all work" seeing the strain on me after my car accident which left us homeless for 8 months, and me off work for 10, she decided to get a job to help out, as things were looking better, her company decided to run a proper i-9.

When that i-9 came back with no record of her she was forced to quit. After paying over $6000.00 in legal fees, we were told by Immigration that her status and my petition to have her a citizen was denied due to us sending them the W2 forms and not the 1040 TAX return, YES we have been paying taxes over 12 years. That mixup cause the case to be denied, and them keeping the fees.

The Denial letter in question was discovered by Congressman Lamar Smith and his office, NO letter was ever sent explaining this mistake by Immigration, even after several interviews with the agents , pictures, letters, tax forms etc. we have YET to have this case rectified, due to us not receiving that denial letter which states you have 30 days to contest this and send in the right forms, financially we are unable to pay them anymore money.

They have extended her temporary stay for 60 days or face other penalties, if we dont come up with  the additiinal immigration fees, they will send her back to Malaysia, untimely we all would have to leave, because I cant separate the family.

Its heartbreaking to explain, but even moe difficult to explain to our children that they might send mommy back to Malaysia.

If anyone can help, please.. Thank you .
