As most of you know, my sweet Daddy unexpectedly passed away on April 22nd. He and my Mom lived off of his Social Security Disability benefits for many years. Unfortunately, he did not have life insurance or any retirement that Mom can draw from to keep things going. We do have a meeting with the Social Security office in May, where we are hoping to learn just what survivor benefits she might be entitled to receive. They stated that any new changes will take at least 60 days. This will create an immediate hardship for her, therefore, she is requesting financial help to assist her in paying her monthly bills until things get sorted out. Any amount will alleviate this stress of falling behind. God bless you for any help that you feel led to give.
