Hi, I'm Tamica Lige, owner of Much Ob.LIGE.d Lawn Care. Much ObLIGEd, established in 2021, is female owned and operated. This is my second lawn season and unfortunately, the yard equipment I started with is at end of life.
Commercial mowers run between $12,000 and $15,000 on the low end. I desperately need a new, dependable mower if I'm going to keep my business going.
I started this business as a means of diversifying my professional portfolio and creating a path to financial freedom for my family.
Prior to entering the lawn care industry, I worked in higher education for over 14 years.
There, I was a steadfast advocate and champion for students, faculty, and staff from marginalized backgrounds and identities. I used my platform to be a constant, unwavering voice in working to create an inclusive campus.
As a connector and people person, lawn care isn't just about grass. It's an opportunity to serve my community, deliver smiles, and build relationships. I love what I do and take great pride in my work.
As a single mother without any family to lean on I'm reaching out to my village to keep my dream alive. I applied for financing and was denied so a cash purchase is my only option.
My business means the world to me. It's been such a blessing and I've come a long way on my own. Without some financial backing, I'm just not able to make this purchase. My birthday is in February and I can't think of a better gift, well one, but that can't be bought so the mower will suffice.
I love you all and thank you in advance for any and all help.
