Keep Michael Housed as He Completes Program

Hi! Thanks for considering helping out.

My name is Michael, I’m on my last quarter of my PhD program at UCLA. I study the history of Black education.

I’m almost done but I just got let go from my job in December. I was living paycheck to paycheck so now I’m applying to local community jobs and waiting for replies.

I have only 1 month of rent left in my bank account. I had to declare non-attendance at the university because I couldn’t afford tuition by the quarter deadline. This will serve as cushion so I’m not evicted as I keep applying and finishing my dissertation.
