Dear Supporters and Friends,
MetroNOME Brewery is at a crossroads, and we need your help to cross the finish line.
2025 was a year of incredible evolution. We reorganized, we fought for every inch of shelf space, and the results are real: Distribution has doubled since last January. Our Tangerine Queen and “Coal” Porter have become staples in liquor stores across the metro. Thanks to these moves, December was a profitable month.
We are so close to the "promised land" of long-term sustainability. But as we prepare for "Beer Season" (Q2), we’ve hit a wall of external challenges.
While distribution is soaring, our Lowertown taproom has felt the weight of a changing city. Between the economic shifts in St. Paul and the current socio-political climate affecting our community, foot traffic has stayed stubbornly low. This has left us with a "working capital gap" just as we need to scale up to meet our distribution demand.
The Goal: $25,000 To get through the next two months, we need to secure the basics: grain, cans, and the "headroom" to plan for a profitable summer. This isn't just about keeping the lights on; it’s about ensuring that MetroNOME remains the only brewery in the world dedicated to funding music education for every child in the Twin City Metro, regardless of their economic background.
As a Majority-Minority Socially Missioned Brewery, we represent something rare in this industry. We have given our souls to this mission, and our staff has stuck by us through the leanest of times.
We are asking you to help us bridge this final gap. Your donation to our GoFundMe will go directly toward the raw materials we need to keep our beer on the shelves and our mission in the classroom.
Thank you for being part of this journey. We are almost there—let’s keep the dream (and the music) alive.
