Keep Mercy Maternity Center Open

A plea to keep a vibrant and fruitful ministry open. Mercy Maternity Center is facing a serious financial shortage. Covid continues to wreak havoc on the Philippines causing multiple government offices to close down. Mandatory shut downs, work-from-home, and quarantines have crippled the already inefficient government systems. This has resulted in the Philippine Health insurance agency not reimbursing us for over 3 months. To maintain our operational expenses, we've been forced to use our already limited reserves which are now close to depleted.
We will be forced to shut down the ministry if we can’t raise the necessary funds. We're reaching out to the many people who believe in this ministry to ask for your urgent financial assistance.
THOUSANDS OF FAMILIES IMPACTED: We currently serve 400-500 patients EVERY WEEK with more and more seeking our care during this pandemic. These large numbers were unprecedented pre-Covid. Our delivery beds are constantly full as families are reaching out in desperation looking for safe and compassionate midwifery care. Many other local clinics have limited the number of patients they are willing to receive. The local government hospital is no longer attending any normal labors/deliveries. These women are simply left with nowhere to go. This has pivoted a large number of women to seek care at Mercy Maternity Center.
GOAL: Mercy’s reserve funds are close to empty. Our goal is to raise $100,000 which will enable us to meet our operational budget.
YOUR DONATION will directly and positively impact families with the Gospel message. Every patient hears the Gospel and is prayed for personally. We invite you to watch the accompanying video which gives a great overview of the multiple ministry endeavors happening at our clinic.
Please consider helping this ministry continue to serve thousands of families by contributing to and sharing this need with others.
Thank you for your gracious help with this urgent need.
Blessings!
