We are rallying the help of our family, friends and community to usher Lovely Flower Co. into a brighter new year!

At Lovely Flower Co., we believe in the power of flowers to bring joy, comfort, and beauty to every moment. Our mission is to be a vibrant part of downtown Baldwin, where people can experience the peace and beauty of fresh blooms, meaningful gifts, and a sense of togetherness.

Our Place

We offer a warm, welcoming space where nature’s artistry meets community connection. We’re not just a flower shop – we’re a place for neighbors to gather, share stories, and celebrate life’s special occasions, from the big milestones to the everyday joys.

Our Vision

Our vision is to cultivate a vibrant community hub where people can come together over fresh blooms and a warm cup of coffee, find a moment of peace, and leave feeling a little more inspired. Whether you’re here for a bouquet to brighten someone’s day, a handmade gift, or a cozy place to relax, Lovely Flower Co. is here to make your day a little lovelier.

The Problem

At this time, we’re facing unexpected challenges. Due to rising costs and unforeseen setbacks, we made the difficult decision to relocate Lovely Flower Co. from the fully built-out space that reflected our vision into a smaller space in the heart of downtown Baldwin. This transition has resulted in a loss of income over an extended period of time.

Additionally, the new location lacks the infrastructure that we had before, which is essential to the survival of our brand. Therefore, while our new location offers wonderful potential and greater visibility, it also requires some additional work to meet our needs and allow us to truly thrive as a local flower shop!

How You Can Help

Our initial ask and immediate need is $50k. This will assist us with the following:

$10k - to support staffing during a critical time
$20k - Cooler Repair/Replacement - keeps our perishable flowers in their freshest most optimal condition for long-lasting cheer
$15k - Lighting & Display Upgrade to brighten the space and allow us to expand our selection of easy-care houseplants which make perfect gifts for all occasions
$5k - signage to increase visibility in the new location

Donations that exceed the initial $50k will be applied in the following manner:

Use of Funds:

$50,000 Immediate HELP - Employee Wages, Lighting, Cooler(s) & Signage
$65,000 gifts us cold storage conversion for plants & flowers ($15k) in addition to the above.
$75,000 gifts us window upgrades / treatments (15 windows) - ($10k) in addition to the above.
$90,000 gifts us needed displays & storage cases - ($15k) in addition to the above.
We'd love to expand the space to utilize the second floor. Any additional funds will allow us to make that possible!!!

The initial $50,000 will allow us to continue joyfully serving this community while preserving the income of our loyal employees who depend on us. These funds are critical to covering essential costs that keep us moving forward, while helping us to re-stabilize in the new space. Additional dollars raised will help to fulfill the complete vision for the Lovely Flower Co.
