Help Lorena Stay in School – Support Her Education
Hi friends and family,
We are reaching out to ask for your support in helping a brilliant young student, Lorena, continue her high school education in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Lorena is 14 years old and entering her second year at Colegio ISPAC, a private high school that she absolutely loves and thrives in.
Why We're Raising Funds
In Mexico, public high school is not always available or accessible to all students, and many families must pay out of pocket to ensure their children receive a quality education. Last year, Lorena’s family experienced multiple unexpected financial emergencies—including her mother falling seriously ill and being unable to work—which caused them to fall behind on school payments.
We are seeking to raise $5,000 USD to:
Pay off last year’s school loan
Cover Lorena’s upcoming semester fees
About Lorena
Lorena is an exceptional student with a 9.6 GPA. Because of her strong academic performance, she was recently awarded a partial scholarship, reducing her tuition from $667 to $277 per month—a huge help to her family.
She’s also an incredibly talented artist who draw the cover of this fundraiser!
️ Lorena is scheduled to start her second year of high school on August 18, 2025. We are required to raise the funds before end of the third week of August to secure her place and ensure she starts the school year on time.
