Introducing Laguna Art-A-Fair
Laguna Art-A-Fair is an historic member of the well-known art and entertainment district in Southern California’s iconic Laguna Beach. One of Laguna’s three summer-long art festivals, Laguna Art-A-Fair supports experienced and emerging artists. As well, we provide employment for entertainers, seasonal workers and charity organizations, many of whom depend upon the summer season as the mainstay of their livelihood and fundraising opportunities. The pandemic crisis of 2020 hit this niche community especially hard, and the viability of our show’s future remains in question. We’ll be celebrating our 55th year in 2021, but WE NEED YOUR HELP!



The Ask
Our income comes from ticket sales, art sales commissions, and fees charged to participating artists. In 2020 we were unable to open our show and so our annual income for the year was basically zero. In the meantime, the majority of our annual bills remained due and payable. Even our reserve fund was drained.
2021 offers new and exciting opportunities for exhibition and expansion, as well as the return of community gatherings, but we need more than just the income from artist fees to make this happen.
We are hoping to raise $33,000 to cover our next rent payment. This support will allow us to focus all our attention and current funds on promoting and building the show, attracting new artists, hiring the summer staff and entertainers, purchasing workshop and sales booth supplies, organizing fund raising events and growing our online Marketplace. Your support will enable us to retain our position as one of the premier art festivals in Southern California, and ensure the show’s future for 2021 and beyond.

DONOR SUPPORT IS PRICELESS. Non-anonymous donors will be introduced and promoted via our various social media platforms. Names, and business logos if supplied, will be added to our official Donor Wall with a special “2021 & Beyond” delineation.
