My name is Elliot, a few years ago, I decided to to make my dream of starting my own food operation a reality - Lagom is a live-fire concept that focus’ on community, sustainable cooking, and using the best of British. Building a community of conscious eaters around the fire.

Unfortunately due to the restrictions put in place over the course of this year, as a result of COVID-19. For Lagom, much like other friends and family in the industry, it has been crippling. 

Now into the new year, having been been closed at a time that is essential for more or less all food business’; the festive period, things are looking pretty bleak. 

We rely heavily on the trade increase over this time, from Christmas parties to New Years events, to survive through the quieter early months of the new year.

Without government support or the opportunity to keep cash flow, and the business moving as per, we are facing down the barrel. 

As things are uncertain as to when we will be able to open up, some suggesting as late in the year as June, we are looking to raise some funds, to keep our fires burning and our staff safe and happy. As wellas look into opportunities to bring Lagom to you,in the form of deliveries, DIY kits and online cook alongs.
