As many of you know, we lost our ability to bake or cook this past week as a result of a complaint to Island Health that we were not using a commercial kitchen. This means we can no longer Create our Celebration Cakes for your events, or Prepare and Deliver meals to our clients on Mayne Island. We have had a lot of support on social media and many people have written to suggest we fund raise. I am wholly uncomfortable with this way of doing things as I have always liked to work hard for anything I earn. However, I cannot earn, if I cannot create. So I have decided to fund raise in order to create a more permanent space to continue with the culinary adventures we have shared with so many of you.  Any Money raised will be used to create a Commercial Kitchen on the current La Maison Rouge site.

We are happy to accept any level of contribution. We will have incentives of culinary gifts for contributions of various levels in order to meet our target more quickly. Please see attached photo.   I know that last one is pretty crazy but fund-raising sites suggest to include a huge option  as well  :)    Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and hopefully contribute.
