my name is julien and im a streamer/youtuber who loves animals and food. i live in LA and i document my adventures so i'm always looking for new vegan spots to try out and share with my audience. i visited kusaki on stream earlier this year and had such a wildly positive experience. chef pearl and her staff treated me to a caliber of meal i had never even dreamed possible. they were so kind and my experience was so special that i had to become a regular customer. their creativity, radically beautiful vibe and inconceivably delicious ever-evolving menu deserves more love. simply put. kusaki recently announced that september was going to be their last month in business, so i wanted to put some effort in trying to send them support and try to help keep them afloat.
