Keep Kids Learning: Stop Suspensions

ESTEEM Consulting, Inc. is a nonprofit organization (501c3) dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes through three primary market areas: Education Consultancy, ESTEEM Learning Academy, and Advocacy. The main focus of this fundraiser is to support our learning academy.

Every child deserves a chance to succeed, but right now, hundreds of students in our community are falling through the cracks. When students face suspension, they often lose precious learning time that can derail their entire academic future. Also, when students, especially younger ones, are suspended from school, parents and caregivers are left to figure out what to do with their child for the day. This may mean missing work, paying for unexpected childcare, or even leaving a young child home alone. That's where ESTEEM Learning Academy steps in – but we need your help to make it happen.

ESTEEM Learning Academy's Transformative Learning Program (TLP) is a structured alternative to suspension that affords students a place to come and receive academic support with behavioral intervention, ensuring students maintain educational progress while developing positive conduct skills during their suspension in preparation for their transition back into the classroom at their home schools.

Your donation will help us:

- Launch our alternative to suspension program, keeping students engaged in learning instead of sitting at home

- Provide personalized academic tutoring and behavioral support in a structured, caring environment

- Offer critical advocacy services to parents navigating complex educational systems

- Fund our annual college scholarship for a deserving high school senior

- Host Parent Power Workshops to help families become stronger advocates for their children's education

We're seeking to raise $50,000 to:

- Secure and equip a learning space

- Hire qualified educators and counselors
