Keep June Michael's Food Deliveries Rolling

Hello, my name is Miriam and I have had the pleasure of knowing June Michaels’ for over 5 years. When she first came to me about donating excessive food for local shelters, I immediately loved her passion and enthusiasm for helping others.

June has been running the local Sonoma Food Runners, running around to local restaurants, hospitals, and other businesses to pick up their excess food to drop off at local shelters and organizations. This helps to reduce food waste but more importantly, helps those in need.

This past week, June has had some financial setbacks. First, starting off with her cat who was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure, to then having a massive car repair. Both of which were huge financial impacts. Everything June does is to take care of others.

Now it’s time we take care of June to get her through this financial crisis so she can continue to do the wonderful work she does. Without a reliable car, she isn’t able to make deliveries to pick up and deliver food to those that need it. Let’s all see what we can do to help this amazing woman who does so much for others.
