On July 22 2020 Joe contracted covid-19 and had to be intubated and put on ventilator. He has been on venilator now for over 4 months. The hospital he is in Select Specialty Hospital in Mississippi can not keep him much longer because his insurance will no longer pay. He has to be moved to long term nursing home that can accommodate a person on ventilator! There are no facilities in Mississippi that will take him unless he is on Medicare insurance because of  him being on ventilator! So he has to go out of state and also his insurance does not cover out of state. Joe is also self employed and has wife and children and no income and hospital bills are piling up!
