Hi, my name's Ashley, and I’m reaching out to support my incredible mom, Jill, a single mother and grandmother who’s the heart of our family. On May 23, 2025, at around 3:45 PM, she was in a serious car accident in Clifton Park/Jonesville, NY, on Kinns Road (146A). Driving her Nissan Murano, she was going straight when another driver ran a stop sign and turned left in front of her. The crash totaled her car’s front end, and the other vehicle hit a third car. My mom had to be transported to the hospital. Thankfully, she is okay, but she is in pain and will be missing work.

My mom works two grueling jobs, starting at 3 AM and ending at 4 PM, to provide for my two 17-year-old sisters, who both have jobs and after-school sports. They depended on her car for work, school, and activities, and now they’re stranded. The insurance company will only cover storage at the shop until May 27, 2025, and the insurance is currently refusing to provide a rental car. The costs for towing, repairs, or a replacement vehicle are overwhelming for our family, especially during Memorial Day weekend.
