Keep Jesse's Dreams Alive: Donate for Car Repair
Donation protected
This is Jesse’s story, and why your help matters.
Jesse has always been that kid who goes above and beyond. The straight‑A student who collected medals and certificates every six weeks. He was in robotics and Gifted & Talented programs, always striving to learn more.
When he reached middle school, Jesse found his true passion—music. He became first chair clarinet in every competition, and in high school he joined early college, marching band, and jazz band, learning new instruments along the way.
By December 2019, Jesse had already earned his associate degree. In January 2020, he started at UTEP, and just months later, in June, he graduated high school in the top 10 of his class. He’s now pursuing his doctorate in music, still active in the UTEP Miner’s Marching Band and Clarinet Choir, while working part‑time at Smokey’s Bar & Grill and spending summers helping local high school marching bands.
Jesse has always done this on his own.
He never asks for money. He buys his own food, clothes, gas, car, and school supplies with what little he makes, all while balancing college and work.
But last week, on his way from Pebble Hills High School to work, Jesse hit debris on the freeway. His car was wrecked and is now undrivable. Without transportation, he has no way to get to college classes, rehearsals, or work.
This is where you can make a difference.
Jesse has dedicated his life to music, education, and helping others—without ever asking for help himself. Now, he needs us. Your donation will help him repair or replace his car so he can keep going to school, keep working, and keep pursuing the dream he’s worked so hard for.
Every dollar truly makes an impact.
If Jesse’s story inspires you, please consider donating or sharing his GoFundMe. You’re not just helping him get back on the road—you’re helping him stay on the path to his future.
