Hi, my name is Jeff. I have been married to my best friend for going on 20 years.

I want to be around for my wife, all my family and friends. I have been in and out of hospital. Doctors say it’s not a matter of if but when I will have another heart attack or stroke. I need to have triple bypass heart surgery. My insurance won’t cover the whole cost, so I need to raise money for what they won’t cover.

I want to have my surgery done. So i can get back to a normal life again instead of being in and out of the hospital. So I can keep providing for my family. Being in the hospital is no way to live for anyone.
