Keep Jack Jumping

I am writing on behalf of my dear friend Theresa Wink. She put herself through Chiropractic college and was sadly diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis soon after, making it impossible to follow her dream. Since then, she has opened an Air BNB to supplement income along with her oil painting. Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions from Air BNB, her income has been cut in half.

Jack, her constant companion (Service Dog), brings love, light, and laughter on many difficult days. With the struggles of RA, he is the reason she gets out of bed in the morning.

Jack has been ill the past two months. He is progressively getting worse. After many vet visits, there is still no diagnosis. He has been admitted to Iowa State Veterinary Hospital for further testing. The bills are hefty around 6K at the hospital. This doesn't include what was spent the past two months for his therapy and meds.

This pup is still young, let's try and keep Tree and Jack together for as long as we can. If you could find it in your heart to spare a few dollars to help with Jack's care it would be greatly appreciated.
