Over the past eight years, your friends and neighbors at Elysium Furnace Works have striven to bring world-class artistry to the Hudson Valley. Producing over 70 events since 2018, EFW is proud of the breadth, quality and extraordinary invention of those remarkable encounters, presenting everything from professors to punks, piano festivals to string orchestras, MacArthur "genius grant" recipients to radical singer-songwriters, boundary-pushing electronic artists to classical musicians, book launch celebrations to documentary screenings, as well as dozens of extraordinary performances by acclaimed figures from across the vanguards of jazz, improvised and thoroughly uncategorizable musics worldwide.

As a cooperative, 100%-volunteer venture without any outside financial support or sponsorship, EFW relies entirely on our audience to help us defray the costs of producing these one-of-a-kind performances. But, as with every year, attendance by our wonderful and supportive audience members alone does not cover all of our modest costs. We're reaching out to our supporters at the end of the year to help us amortize our shortfall in 2025 to the tune of thousands of dollars.
