Hi, my name is Armando Guerrero, I'm the owner and founder of House of Corn Mexican Cuisine at Salt Lake City, after closing the first one I had in Sandy, a lot of people encouraged me to try again, but this time in a better location. The cornerstone of the restaurant is to make real Mexican dishes, starting with the stone grinding of the Organic Corn to make all the Tortillas, Tamales, and all different dishes just the way is done in Mexico. However restaurant business is always tough, and things not always go the way you want them to go, this last march I needed to leave the US to do my Visa Renewal at the US Embassy in México City, and it took more than 3 months to finish the process and with that me coming back. During this time, a lot of things went wrong because I was not here to take care of stuff, now the Restaurant is facing a little bit more of a $40k in debt between rent and sales taxes. I have never failed to my staff and employees with their checks, but I feel right now that I cannot keep going, I don't want to give up on this second chance of the restaurant, so please come to House of Corn and try our Food, please donate. God Bless You and Thank you so much for reading.
