Help Us Keep Essential Services Available for Minnesota Children and Families
Our organization has been forced to temporarily suspend operations due to an unexpected provider enrollment termination during a state revalidation process, despite our repeated efforts to comply with every request, submit all required documentation, and respond promptly to additional information requests.

For months, we continued serving children and families while navigating administrative delays and uncertainty. During that time, we used our savings and financial reserves to maintain services, support our staff, and meet payroll obligations because we believed our compliance efforts would lead to a resolution. Unfortunately, those resources have now been exhausted.

The impact of this situation reaches far beyond our organization.

The children we serve—many of whom have autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health needs—depend on consistent, uninterrupted care. These services help children develop communication skills, improve emotional regulation, increase independence, and build meaningful social connections. Sudden interruptions can result in setbacks and regression in skills that have taken months or even years to achieve.

Families are now facing uncertainty and hardship as they search for alternative providers in an already overwhelmed system. Many parents may be forced to reduce work hours, take unpaid leave, or leave employment altogether to care for their children.

Our dedicated team of clinicians, behavior analysts, behavior technicians, and support staff also face financial hardship and employment uncertainty. These professionals have devoted their careers to supporting vulnerable children and families, and they now find themselves caught in circumstances beyond their control.

We are asking our community for help.

Funds raised will help us:

Cover essential operating expenses while we work to restore services..
Maintain our facility, technology, and administrative infrastructure.
Continue advocating for the children and families who rely on our care.
Prepare for reopening and resuming services as quickly as possible.
Every donation, no matter the amount, helps us move closer to restoring critical services for the families who depend on us. If you are unable to contribute financially, sharing our story with others is equally valuable.

This is about more than keeping a practice open. It is about protecting access to care for children with disabilities and mental health needs, supporting working families, and preserving a trusted resource within our community.

Thank you for your support, compassion, and belief in the importance of ensuring that every child has access to the services they need to thrive. Together, we can help keep hope alive for the families who need it most.
