I'm the owner of Holy Shannoli, a woman-owned, self-funded pop-up in Portland. Since February 2024, operating only as a pop-up, we've generated over $120,000 in net sales. Portland has spoken—you love us, and we love you right back.

But here's the truth: while I wait on SBA funding, which is now delayed, I'm running out of working capital. Without bridge support from our community to get us through to the holiday season, I will have to end operations. After careful consideration and encouragement from many of my peers, it's simply time to ask for help. The truth is I am not ready to throw in the towel—Holy Shannoli has been a bright spot for so many of you, and for me.
