Hello my name is Charlie. Last year in September while working during the elections season I was rear ended while I was in the backseat of a car while working. Since then, I have tried to overcome a very challenging situation of healing and taking back control of my life. I went to the best doctors, AXIS SPINE AND SPORT Royal Spine and Surgery and the best attorneys here in Arizona and I took advantage of every opportunity to heal alternative to surgery. Unfortunately, it’s been a year and and although I've made major improvements I am still having mobility, tingling and pain in my neck.  I have taken injections, chiropractic, even acupuncture. I have elected to start the surgery process as as a last resort, which will be inpatient instead of outpatient, as my doctor from Royal Spine recommended back earlier this year. As some you who actually know me personally may know I’m very outspoken and opinionated, straightforward, no nonsense when it comes to anything about protecting myself or people like myself or pretty much anybody just being served an injustice and buillied. But I can’t advocate my way out of this. I can’t physical therapy my way out of this and I can no longer be optimistic. Believing that just a few more sessions of treatment and everything is gonna be OK. Because iits not. I’m suffering physically, mentally and financially. I’ve been unable to successfully return back to work. I tried housecleaning which was a passion of mine that I love that I got from my aunt and I ended up in more pain than when I started. I have been on the brink of exhaustion trying to pay bills on my own believing that I will get better soon, and I can do anything “just get back to work” but I have have to be realistic there's somethings I'm not going to be able to do. Some have tried to make me feel guilty by waiting so long to go this direction, but I’ve never had surgery before, the stories that I’ve heard some are good and never have a care in the world afterwards and some are horrible. I took every opportunity that was offered to correct my neck injuries. But I cannot afford to be out of work this long , and to go at this alone especially during recovery time so imnasking for help. This has weighed in on my health, my housing, my food, my ability to work and overall my well-being. Workman Compesation has been late a few times which has me in a cycle of just handing over my benefits to late fees. If you can find it in your heart to support me financially through this, it will be greatly appreciated. I will update regularly as I can and pass along my journey to a full recovery. Funds will be used for housing, food, medical supplies that I will be reimbursed for eventually Workmen’s Compensation per doctor orders.
