My name is Victoria Wheeler, and I'm raising money for my friend Feras abd Alatif, a 21-year-old Palestinian living in Gaza. I met him more than a year ago, and he has formed around him a loving global family of people helping him to manage and promote his campaign.

Feras is responsible for supporting his very large family, while enduring so much suffering and loss, including his older brother, his grandmother, his uncle, his uncle's infant son, cousins, friends, and so much more. He has partial hearing loss from an explosion, underwent surgery to repair a broken finger bone without anesthesia, and most recently suffered a heart attack from the strain of it all.

He works so much to find support and resources for his 24 family members that he cannot rest to grieve, or heal. Like all of Gaza, resources are very expensive and can be risky to retrieve. There are many young children in his family, and right now they are all starving.
