Hey guys, it's Excellent.
As many of you know, I was terminated from my main source of income after many months of being bullied, harassed, and racially discriminated against. I've been working 2-4 jobs since I was 15, and I've been able to get by. Now, despite my other sources of income, they do not cover my main costs of living. Because I was terminated out of the blue, I'm in fear of losing everything I worked for.
Here’s where I stand:
- Eviction notices keep arriving month after month. Because I'm out of a job, I’m terrified of losing my home.
- My car payment is overdue, and without it I can’t get to interviews or keep up with my other side gigs like gogo dancing.
- My previous job covered my healthcare, so now I face expensive medical bills that I honestly can’t afford.
- Being on the spectrum makes finding a new position extremely difficult, and the job climate in LA is brutal, and I don’t know if I can secure work before I become homeless.
Without any way to make ends meet, I'm afraid for my life here in Los Angeles and I'll have to relocate and rebuild in a completely different city. The only thing that has kept my spirits up has been the outpouring of people that have encouraged me and suggested I make a crowdfunding campaign.
