Hi, my name is Essence Robinson and I’m reaching out for support during one of the hardest times of my life.

In December 2023, I lost my mother—our rock, our heart. Since her passing, I’ve been doing everything I can to hold things together for my family. Grieving her loss while trying to manage our home and daily life has been overwhelming, especially without any financial stability.

I’ve been out of work since May 2024 and while I’m working hard to get back into the security field, bills don’t stop—and the pressure is real. I never imagined I’d have to ask for help like this, but right now I’m at the point where it wouldn’t hurt to ask.

This fundraiser will go directly toward:

• Rent and household bills

• Groceries and basic necessities

• Transportation for job interviews and other essentials

• Creating a bit of breathing room while I get back on my feet
