**Help Emy Achieve Her Dream of Becoming an Oboe Performer**

I’m reaching out to you today to support the daughter of a dear friend of mine, Patricio. He is a musician whose talent and passion I’ve admired since the day we met. Along with his wife, Jessica, they are an incredible couple who have faced life’s challenges with grace and resilience. Despite difficult times in my hometown of Quito, Ecuador, Patricio and Jessica raised two wonderful children through hard work, love, and dedication.

Their daughter, Emy, is now a student at Michigan State University, pursuing her dream of becoming an oboe performer. She is currently in her second year of this rigorous four-year program. Thanks to her extraordinary talent and her family’s sacrifices, Emy received a full-ride scholarship to MSU. However, this scholarship does not cover her room, board, or the costly oboe she needs for her performances.

Emy has been working tirelessly to make ends meet, holding two jobs while maintaining her demanding studies. Despite her best efforts, her savings are not enough to meet her financial needs. Without additional support, she will not be able to continue her studies next spring.
