This is my dear friend Emily.

Most everyone in the Winters community knows the family ♥️ over the years Emily has helped with countless community events and fundraisers, generally supporting this community she chose to raise her family in. She’s poured her heart into everything she’s does.

Last year, they lost their home (thru heartbreaking circumstances). Emily and her daughters were forced to move from their family home.

Emily fought this with the help of a local close friend who’s an attorney. After a year long battle, they were evicted and facing homelessness.

They found a beautiful country home. One thing after another has happened in a series of unfortunate events. Everyone in the house works and contributes to the bills. Emily works multiple jobs on top of baking. But if you know the saying ‘robbing Peter to pay Paul’ you understand the struggle it’s truly been.

Country living is challenging enough but the just received a propane bill for the home. This is for heat, hot water and cooking.. and Emily is the town Baker.

They just need to get up, get ahead of the bills and they’ll be ok. For now, they’re struggling. And I know we ALL LOVE THEM!
