Steven Morales and Jessie Ethridge have been together for about 3 years. Steven is divorced with an 18-year-old son, whom he gained custody of through C.P.S. His mother is not involved at all.

Jessie is from a small town in NC who left her small town to find herself.

They have been on a roller-coaster of a life the entire time, including being homeless for the better part of 2022 until September 2023 and breaking through it, building themselves from the ground up. They started Emanon Empanadas in August of 2024. Since then, they have made a name for themselves, pushing through, but unfortunately, they are now in need of help from the same community they have been serving.

They have reached the capacity of what they can do alone and are having trouble handling the workload. Unable to expand, they are now in trouble of saving not only their business but their livelihood.
