For 25 years, Easton Mountain has been a place where people come together for community, retreat, and sanctuary. The pool cools us in summer, the hot tub warms us in winter, and the wells and septic systems quietly support every gathering and moment of daily life. Now those systems urgently need attention.
Five years ago, an incident at the Washington County Fair prompted the Health Department to strengthen water safety rules across the county. As a result, Easton is now classified as a public water source, and our current systems no longer meet the updated standards. Without the required upgrades, we risk losing access to our pool and hot tub, and could be temporarily unable to host retreats until this work is complete.
Over the coming year, we need to complete several water infrastructure upgrades, including:
- Bringing 2 additional wells online after years of relying on 1
- Constructing a new pump house with modern filtration
- Upgrading to a commercial hot tub
- Upgrading to a commercial pool
- Expanding our septic capacity to support future growth
We have begun the process by starting construction on a new pump house, removing the old hot tub, and upgrading some kitchen plumbing. There is much more to do, and your support will help us move this important project forward.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 over the next year.
Easton’s future depends on these upgrades. With your support, we can keep the water flowing, the doors open, and the heart of this community alive. Every contribution matters. Let’s keep the flow going.
