Just Trying to Keep Going for My Son—We Need Help Fixing Our Truck
Right now, I’m just doing everything I can to keep life steady for my son during a really difficult transition.
Hi my name is Diana. After a recent separation, we are adjusting to a completely new chapter. As a former stay-at-home mom, I’m now working part-time and doing everything I can to rebuild a stable life for my son and I. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m determined to keep showing up for my son every single day.
Right now, our biggest challenge is transportation. I commute about 50 miles a day for work, and I rely on my truck to take my son to school and his sports activities. Unfortunately, our truck has finally given out after getting us through so much, and we’re now stuck without a reliable way to manage our daily responsibilities.
The cost to repair it is around $1600. I’m not expecting to raise the full amount, but truly, any help will make a difference and bring us closer to getting back on the road.
We’re just trying to make it through the rest of this school year, and once we do, our commute will be much shorter and things will become more manageable. Right now, having a working vehicle is essential for us to keep going.
If you’re able to donate or even just share this, it would mean so much to us. Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any support you can give during this time.
