I am Denise Worsham. Owner/Founder of Worsham Cats Rescue. My objective is to implement trap-neuter-return protocols for community and feral cats. This approach prevents unwanted litters and addresses the issue of surplus cats without homes. Moreover, I provide foster care and facilitate adoptions for kittens encountered during rescue efforts, collaborating with a network of dedicated foster caregivers. I am deeply grateful for their invaluable support, which enables me to fulfill my mission. These foster caregivers provide a nurturing environment for the kittens, ensuring their safety and well-being until permanent homes are secured. Notably, in six years of operation, only two cats have been returned, due to circumstances beyond their control. With rescue efforts comes a financial aspect, requiring funding to provide for these cats and kittens, including veterinary care for those with health issues.
