Help My Dad Stay Close to the Hospital During Stage 3 Cancer Treatment

My dad is currently undergoing cancer treatment that requires frequent and demanding medical visits. We live about 45 minutes from the hospital, and the daily travel has quickly become exhausting and unrealistic for him during this process.

His medical team has advised that staying close to the hospital is important so he can properly rest between treatments and avoid the physical strain of long drives. Unfortunately, temporary lodging near the hospital is a significant expense on top of the medical and everyday costs we are already facing.

A nearby hotel costs $1,400 for 14 days, and based on his treatment schedule, he will need to stay close to the hospital for at least 22 days, bringing the lodging cost to approximately $2,200.
